Some years ago I hired Mr. Gastelum for a Business that I was trying to put together with the Government of the Marshall Islands. Mr. Gastelum went with me to a meeting with some of the Marshall Islands government officials in Honolulu and his counseling was very important for my final decision about whether to go ahead or not with that business.
